Built in 1961, this ranch home is deceiving. On the outside it looks small but when you walk in there is a totally different feel. New kitchen installed in 2015. There are 2 functional fireplaces. I have the laundry upstairs but there is hookup in the basement with a working sink. A 1/4 of the basement is carpeted and where the kids watch TV and play games.
