    What's special

Pay Attention: Three bedroom apartment on New Street with two rooms available for rent but only looking for one roommate. The two rooms are a decent in size (enough for a twin bed, desk, small couch). You can make one room your bedroom and another room a chill spot or study area. We have a great size kitchen and would share the kitchen and bathroom. You would also have your own entrance so essentially its like your own apartment but we share a bathroom and the kitchen. This is a great location. You are steps away from the Rutgers Law School and right across the street from Mcgoverns bar. Two of the four units in the building are occupied by law school students. You are also a 10 minute walk to Penn Station and a 17 minute train ride to Manhattan. There is also mass transit all around you (light rails and buses) and you are as close to campus as can be. You are also 20 minutes away from World Trade via the path. The new Prudential building just opened a block up and will have a Whole Foods built up the block within the next year. Halsey is an up and coming block as well. I am a young professional male who generally likes to keep to himself. I am laid back and 420 friendly. The only main requests of the land lord is no pets. I am looking for someone to pay $900 for both rooms (semi-negotiable number). Utilities (cable internet and electric) will probably be an additional $50. Please reply back with some information on yourself (what you do/hobbies) and a social media link (facebook, twitter, instagram) and i will get back to you. If you've made it this far ill send pics or schedule a appointment. male or female welcome. Looking for August 1st move in date. Once lease is signed you can move in right away and have the rest of July for free. Owner pays for water. We must split cable and electricity.
