There is a shed on the property that has kayak and canoe paddles, life jackets, etc. Shed also has a variety of yard games, beach gear and fire pit stand. A beautiful ocean beach is just 5 minutes away by car! "Narragansett Pier" is one of the top beaches in the state and was voted top family beach in New England! Owner pays for water, trash removal, grass cutting and snow removal and general yard upkeep (Tennant would pay gas ,electric & wifi)
