Our family of three lives in the main apartment downstairs full-time, and the apartments have separate entrances and driveways. Philmont is a 15 minute drive from both downtown Hudson and Chatham. Heat, water, and internet are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for trash (Philmont picks up trash and recycling weekly) and electricity. The apartment does not have laundry facilities, but we do have a large clothesline available in the backyard. The apartment comes with off-street parking for two vehicles and use of our large backyard, front yard, front porch, and garden space if you have a green thumb. This house has its own mailbox and gets delivery from the Hudson post office, so you would not need to get a P.O. Box.
