(please note, this is the actual square feet and not the gross square footage estimates that brokers use). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and tenants share a secure card key controlled building with quiet, friendly artists and professionals vetted by on-site building staff. This is a professional and media/arts oriented building. Several cafes, 24-hour organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular views. There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing, gas, and electricity service are all new, and metered utilities are billed based on each unit's individual usage. While the building is occasionally home to music and art shows, classes, workshops and special events, we are primarily a quiet environment. We like to think that we've taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There's a real good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to live. Building management does not permit music rehearsal, parties, or pet dogs of any kind.
