The Neighborhood The neighborhood is very walkable/bikable with a supermarket/restaurants/parks/library/pharmacy etc. all within a few minutes walk. The attic, basement, and yard are shared with the downstairs unit. In summary there is a lot of space for whatever activities you might be into. The unit comes with one off street parking spot and there is plenty street parking in front of the house beyond that. Utilities and Logistics Garbage is paid by the owner, while water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant. There is the option to share the fiber internet connection with the downstairs tenants. Pets are not allowed Move in requires first month rent and a security deposit of $3100.
