This is a private room in a large shared home, located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. There are plenty of spaces to relax. The home was built in 2019. I am a psychiatry resident at UIHC and have loved living in Tiffin. With an easy 15-20 minute drive to the hospital, I get to enjoy my life outside of the hospital without living in the college town chaos or feeling like I never get away from the hospital. This separation has been valuable for me. I've enjoyed renting spare rooms to other residents/fellows and travel healthcare workers. Top priority would be for another resident, or a healthcare worker. Open to shorter or longer leases if needed! No smoking. Open to discussion for a pet if appropriate.
