This updated vacation home is very cozy with wonderful views of Longs Peak and Lumpy Ridge. It was completely painted outside the summer of 2012. It is within 1/2 mile of the historic Stanley Hotel and walking distance of town. If you Love Estes Park, it's time to own your own slice of heaven. We would also entertain options of leaving it furnished. Neighborhood Description Estate type lot with neighbors near by but far enough for privacy. In all the years we have been here, we have not had any "parties" that were int eruptive. The neighbors are very friendly.
