Looking for someone to take over the lease on my 1bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Copper Creek in Charlotte. Great apartment, only getting out of lease because I am moving back to Virginia for a job. Rent includes cable through Time Warner Cable, washing machine & dryer, all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. Also, may include living room sectional couch if wanted due to the size/hassle of not wanting to move it. Check out the community website or look them up on facebook. The lease will be over in October, then up to you if you'd like to renew. Credit report will be done through the leasing center and you will need to make at least 3x the rent (their policy, not mine); possibly consider someone with a cosigner who makes the necessary amount. Great location, only minutes from downtown. Neighbors are nice, and I've had no complaints since living here. Tenant is responsible for internet and electricity. Copper Creek provides cable through Time Warner. Valet trash is available and water is calculated and included in monthly rent statement. Pets are okay, but additional fee will apply.
