The home has a garage workshop, washer and dryer, full kitchen, 3 parking spots and street parking as well. Communal spaces include one living room 18.9ft by 11.6ft, a large basement area 28.8ft by 10.9ft, and a large patio 24ft by 24ft and a nice yard. Wifi and water included. Renting for 600, and then a share of the electricity. No Deposit to encourage move in by the end of May. We are a couple with a well behaved puppy. I work in healthcare, and she works with animals. We are smoke friendly but only outside on the patio (this is absolutely necessary). Home is located near the corner of Monroe and Francis. Nearby access to the city bus line, and Safeway a few blocks away. 10 minutes from Gonzaga, 6 from Whitworth, 12 minutes from downtown and the highway, Garland street only 6 minutes away. Your room won't be furnished, but we are working to make the communal areas open and comfy for everyone. This will be a great spot for a student or someone else in healthcare. We allow pets if they are calm and not aggressive. Again no deposit, but you will need to provide credit check, proof of income, and background check.
