It is very safe, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Recently more young people (like myself) have been moving into this area due to the affordabilty of the housing and the opportunity to own a charming 1920's home. People in this area take pride in their homes and their community. This is the best area in St. Louis City to live, bar none. This area is also very dog friendly and active becuase of all of the parks.
