LeBear amenities include indoor and outdoor pool and spa, pool deck gas fire ring, sauna, exercise room, common area lounge with billiards and kitchenette, and a groomed sand beach with fire ring where you can enjoy s'mores. As a 1/8th fractional interest owner, you receive six weeks each year to enjoy (on a rotation schedule, one about every other month). Additional uses can be to utilize the on-site vacation rental program or join LeBear Resort affiliate, The Registry collection. It's a short walk to everything downtown, a five-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and about twenty-five minutes from Traverse City.
