The apt is in a great neighborhood in the middle of everything. You can walk to stores, buses everywhere, parks, entertainment, everything you need is in this neighborhood. The building is with working people who care the way they live. Everyone is friendly and kind. The apt is a big one bedroom .The kitchen is spacious and fun to cook in. A nice size bathroom. A bedroom that fits a king size bed and large closet. We have laundry in the basement and storage. Private parking in the back! I am only looking for people who care the way they live. You pay for your utilities. . This apartment is on the first floor, and you have a beautiful front porch ,and yard to enjoy. Laundry is one flight down the steps. You can do it in your pajamas. Put a load in , and back upstairs. Very convenient. I prefer the phone Mary Ann. You pay gas and electric.
