    Location, location, location! Located on the highly desirable 500 block of Naples Park (the closest one can get to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park without living directly on the beach or on one of the finger canals). This house is just a 15 - 20 minute WALK to the beach, Mercato's fine dining/bar nightlife/live events, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, 2 different Publix grocery stores, liquor stores, numerous banks, doctors/dentists offices, pharmacies, and even the ever necessary Walmart. The house was updated significantly from 2016 - 2020 with new, high-end kitchen (quartz counter tops, shaker style cabinets, polished chrome hardware, subway tile back splash, and top notch stainless steel appliances). In addition to the kitchen remodeling, all of the tile throughout the house has been replaced with high-end ceramic tile (kitchen, hallway, utility/laundry room, dining area, 3rd bedroom---leading directly out to the upscale screen enclosed backyard oasis complete with heated/salt saltwater generated 12,000 gallon swimming pool). Also, all carpeting in the house was replaced with upscale top of the line carpet. The living room has newer dark wood, laminate flooring. In 2015, a front, pavered courtyard, back pavered courtyard, and side pavered walkway were installed. The front courtyard was professionally landscaped by the Driftwood company in 2016. Hurricane shutters were added to the house in 2015 (which in addition to protecting the house during a potential hurricane also lower the cost of home owner's insurance significantly)! New dimensional shingle roof installed in July 2013, new A/C installed in Sept 2009. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room (along with the concrete block frame of the house keep A/C costs very low. (Most of the ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the house were updated 2016 and 2022.) Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2021. Newer style single hung windows - not jalousie windows. Rear screened lanai - 420 sq ft and travertine pavered back courtyard are perfect for entertaining guests outdoors (rain or shine, sun, or clouds)! The large, concrete driveway has space for 4 vehicles for parking. No HOA fees! And, Naples Park has the lowest property taxes in all of Collier County!
