Garage with limited storage, hot tub, in-house updated w/d, updated appliances - double oven, gas range, nice fridge with plenty of space, dishwasher - big 1 acre lot/yard with lots of sunny patio space and huge lawn out front, Tahoe Rim Trail within walking distance (it backs up to forest land), 5 minutes driving to Boulder/Stagecoach bases at Heavenly Ski Resort. Room is bright with full size closet. Landlord takes excellent care of the home. Housemates are mid-40s male (contracts attorney) and late-30s female (small business owner), both active outdoor enthusiasts. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, it's a small street with only 6 houses. Snow removal, hot tub maintenance, and yard care included. Utilities, cable, and internet extra. We are asking no pets/animals please. Common areas and kitchen are fully equipped and furnished, you only need to bring your own personal belongings. You will be provided a dedicated parking spot.
