The unit will be painted, deep cleaned, and carpets cleaned (they are 2 years old). The complex is older but well maintained. It comes with a refrigerator and stove. There is one parking space per unit. The landlord covers garbage and water. The tenant pays for electrical and WiFi. The unit is heated by a wall furnace. There is one onsite washer and dryer, and storage space in carport. This area is within the DT South of University Neighborhood with many nearby restaurants. We are long time owners and take pride in the property. We have a good mix of tenants. We are seeking tenants that are quiet and respectful. No party people! Our current tenants communicate and look out for each other. It is a nice community! Please send something about yourself. Many people inquire so not always able to respond to everyone. Do not disturb the tenants Owner pays water and garbage. The tenant pays electric, gas, and wifi. We prefer one-year lease but will consider 5-6 months depending on timing.
