Lease is for one year. One pet only is allowed with an additional $50.00 per month (no pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans or mixed breeds, no exceptions allowed in any of our homes). Credit check is $35.00 per person 18 and over which is non-refundable and not applied to rent or security deposit. We require a more positive than negative credit history. No drug or felony history will be considered. Total net household income HAS to be 2-1/2 times the rent. No evictions in the past 8 years. Renters Insurance required.
