(Note if you have another Male or Female friend who is looking to share an apartment then another room is also available in the house upstairs, with the same landlord) The room has a table, wardrobe, rack, mirror, chair, and bed included. The room also has airconditioning and heating working perfectly. The house is very conveniently located for all your needs: grocery, bus stop, park, and restaurants are all within a few minutes of walk. are all The house is well furnished and has a new washing machine and dryer in the basement. The house is clean and the landlord is also very helpful in case if you need anything. We are two decent Indian guys pursuing MS at CMU and you should feel at home here. CMU is a few minutes bike ride or a moderate walk. There are usually no formal restrictions in the house just being nice and social friendliness is expected :) The amenities including gas, wifi, electricity, and water will be extra. Also, we do get the house cleaned once in a month or so.
