Beautiful Victorian building. Everyone goes to work and it's a very friendly neighborhood. You are in the middle of the city access to everything. Parks, swimming pool, restaurants, tennis courts, trials everywhere to walk. You don't even need a car, great bus systems. As far as animals-it depends on their behavior and size. I am only looking for people who care the way they live. We have a huge front and back porch and yard. This unit has there own personal deck. The size is amazing. I prefer the phone Mary Ann gas and electric ,water.
