HI EVERYONE. i am in the process of signing a lease with a tenant and in all likelihood this listing will be taken down once that lease has been finalized. thank you all for your interest in the apartment JUST VACATED, STILL NEED TO BE PAINTED/TOUCHED UP: super bright 688 sq. ft. open plan 1 bedroom apartment with tons of windows (14! - most are newly installed double pane windows) a private backyard, a private front porch and also a 1 car garage sized storage room/studio. only 3 minute walk to all the markets, restaurants, and shops of york blvd. the apartment is part of the front structure which has side by side 1 bedroom apartments. in the rear there is a back house separated by a gate. to be clear, the wooden 1 car garage/studio structure is not available to be parked in because it is behind the gate of the back house, but there is access to the storage from the private backyard garden through a door. parking is on the street. according to the tenant who just moved out "tons of space always" the apartment includes the fridge and stove seen in the photo's but you're welcome to bring your own appliances should you like to. i will have a handyman in the apartment painting and touching up in the next couple days (thursday 9/9 and probably friday probably from 9am-5pm roughly, so if you are in the area you can swing by and see if he's in, but no guarantees) otherwise i will have an official viewing on saturday 9/11 from 11am to 1pm. i have appointments with an electrician and plumber in the coming week to install hookups for the washer and dryer pet rent will be between 50-100/ month depending on the size of the pet with an extra security deposit renter is responsible for gas and electric. responsive owner pays for water and sewage. readily available street parking. open to pets for an extra fee.
