Use of a portable electric cooktop is permitted at tenant's discretion; Parking: Street parking only. No driveway or garage access. Noise & Use: Quiet environment required at all times. Excessive noise, gatherings, or disturbances are not permitted. Restricted Areas: No access to the backyard or other areas of the main property. No Pets / No Smoking / No Drugs: Pets of any kind, smoking/vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Occupancy & Use: Unit is for residential use only. Subleasing, short-term rentals, or commercial use are not allowed.
