Other things: Washer/Dryer in Unit, central A/C, a good pool, and there is a small gym. Costs: $1000/month for rent . There is a credit check, prior pay stubs, 1 month/$1000 security deposit Pets are welcome! Pet deposit - $300 Non refundable 1 year lease . Rent includes all utilities except internet.
