Quiet neighbors on both sides, little less than one acre of land, 50x50 fenced area in backyard for animals to play or storage or garden etc etc. Close proximity to 485. Many local area parks and other things to enjoy. I do not at this time accept housing vouchers/ section 8. No smoking at all, pets allowed within reason. Tenant is directly responsible for any and all utilities including but not limited to, power, water, garbage, natural gas, and whatever tv or internet service you desire. Would prefer at least a one year lease to start can do longer if desired. Tenant must maintain and keep the yard in order including mowing grass, weed eating etc.
