Shared Rooms & Shared Bathrooms Available Welcome to our Independent Co-Living house. We currently serve veterans, adults on fixed incomes, returning citizens, and others in need of stable, affordable housing. Our pricing starts at $800 PER BED, PER MONTH and $250 non-refundable community fee, with all utilities included. Please note that we do not provide medical services, so clients must be able to manage their own activities of daily living (ADLs). Bathrooms and common areas are also shared with other clients.
