Reduced rent in exchange for occasional pet sitting when we're out of town is an option (we have dogs and cats), please let us know if you're interested! Large private patio with garden next to the cottage, and gas BBQ grill for you. Storage shed next to the house for your own use. Feel free to plant & garden as much as you want, but our gardening service does all the basics. Inside has full kitchen with electric stove/oven/refrigerator, and mini split for heat/AC. Updated bathroom and new paint. Bay windows in both rooms. Bathroom with tub shower. There's no laundry directly in the cottage, but a shared laundry room with washer&dryer and extra storage available for you. About us: We're a family of 4 living in a completely separate house on the same property. We are responsive, friendly, and respectful of tenant privacy. Our ideal tenant: We are looking for someone who is responsible, a good communicator, respectful of privacy, friendly, and neighborly. Note that this is a smaller indoor space, and one or two people is ideal. All utilities included in rent (Water/Garbage/Electricity/high-speed Wifi). No smoking allowed. Lease length: prefer at least 3, up to 12 months. Renter pays for screening through Zillow. Pets allowed (extra $350 deposit, but on a case-by-case basis: we have two friendly dogs & an outdoor cat, and would need to meet yours to make sure they get along).
