    This is one of the best lots on Lake Greenwood. It is a beautiful quiet cove that is awaiting the right kind of buyer. This lot has 110ft of year round deep water so you can fish, ski, park your boat or pantheon and keep it there for year round. The lot itself is very beautiful and located in a cul-de-sac dead end street, there is no traffic coming by and right next to it at the end of the road is SC national greenwood park where a lot of things could be enjoyed every season of the year. This is a great place for fishing lovers. On the right hand side of the lake cove, a large stone wall was put up for retention and over the years and age a lot of limbs landed out there, making this the very best fishing spot for brim, crappy, bass, and cat fish. Neighbors can vouch that large fish were cough out of that spot. The neighbor's home on the right side also caught fire, and has some damage to it too. According to their insurance the damage will be fixed in no time. Also, please note that the mobile home and storage building are not included in the sale, and will be removed. All details will be discussed as the contract is going to be negotiated. This lot is very aggressively priced and needs to be sold ASAP.
