Large deck available for recreational use about 30 ft. from front doors, overlooks small intermittent creek that borders one side of property. Lots of open space on property, too. 750 sq ft. 1 bedroom ground level entrance private apartment of residential home in secluded 1+1/2 acre private property with large oak trees and bordering creek. Washer/dryer included. Refrigerator, electric range and kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Microwave. Some plates, silverware and pots and pans left by last renter. Bathroom is tub/shower combo with sink, toilet, medicine cabinet and dressing wall mirror. Living room has large desk, large (6ft) clothes closet on one wall with internal light and accordion doors. Currently has futon. Bedroom contains full size bed, dresser, small closet. *These two rooms are interchangeable for function. In the past, renters have had the bedroom where the large closet is.
