This cozy, quiet, and safe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium is in the desired IVY Building at Five Towns of Terrace Park. It is a 55 and older community. No one under 18 allowed. That being said, I am searching for someone who is looking for a safe, nice, clean, peaceful and quiet place to live and will observe the rules/regulations, maintain a level of cleanliness, and be quiet and respectfull of the neighbors. No smoking inside, preferably no pets but may consider a less than 25 pound dog or cat for an additional fee of $50/month. Sorry but had to clean up too many messes from tenants who did not take care of thier pets. Natural gas is included for heat and cooking. Internet and wifi are included. If you want premium channels Spectrum will bill you directly JUST for those services. There is a gym, tennis, pickleball, 6 pools, hot tub, shuffle board, and a billiard room. There is one covered carport included. If you have two vehicles it may be challenging to find parking but not impossible. Water, sewer, Trash, Spectrum Cable with 200+ channels, 2 receivers, and Internet included. Bring your clothes and furniture and that's all you have to worry about paying other than electricity which is a minor expense thanks to the heavy hurrican windows. No charge for use of the Gym, Swimming Pools. The Billiards club is $8 per year. I am looking for a quiet, respectful single or couple that will be a good fit for this 55+ Community.
