Hello, I'm Street! My wife and I live here with our two dogs(Goldens) and looking to rent out one of our spare bedrooms/baths. Ideally, we are looking for someone clean and respectful as we still frequently have friends and family over. If you are new college grad, young professional or new to the area this could be a great opportunity for you. Our home has lots of nice up to date appliances in a very secluded neighborhood that doesn't have any through streets. We are off of the Taylor Mill exit of 275 and if you work downtown it is about 20-25 minute commute. The room itself has some furnishings including a twin bed and a dresser with mirror. It has a decent sized closet and a door directly to your private bathroom separate from bedroom door. The monthly rent includes utilities(water, elec, gas, internet). There would be a contract to sign stating our responsibilities as well as yours (basic stuff so you get what you pay for and that our home is respected). This wouldn't require any deposit before moving in or notice before leaving. We are very laid back professionals hoping to stabilize bills after an expensive wedding and honeymoon. Renter won't be in charge of any maintenance of normal utilities unless they clearly abused proper usage.
