We've loved living here but are moving to Salt Lake mid July for school. The apartment is part of a 5-apartment house; it is small but great for a couple on a budget. Our contract doesn't end until August 1st and we are looking for someone who would be able to move in mid-July and pay the last half of our July rent. Text me if interested. Tenant pays for utilities which are flat rate of 70.00 per month, and then a cable/internet fee of 17.00 per month.
