Overall great home. Great environment and friendly roommates. A/C works great as well as all other appliances. Never had any issues with things not working. Modern town home in north hollywood The lease is month to month currently. The two roommates there a pretty permanent but if anyone decides to leave you are responsible to find new tenant for your room.
