Prefer like minded individuals, women tend to be easier lifestyle fits but open to either. Preferred late 30's to 40's ish but open to talking to the right folks. Prefer no pets. Refundable First & Last months for move in. Its a nice property on a half acre, with off street parking. The house is on the smaller side and somehow i have nearly maxed out the garages, so im looking for folks who have a light footprint, basically clothes, accessories and dont need storage! i have all the kitchen essentials, WIFI, TV for your room if you'd like it with all the connected streaming etc. Short Term Rental - 1 to 3 months (more negotiable)
