(1 dog) with approval. Small fenced yard backs to field. One year lease. No smoking. Close to schools and shopping. No Cats Water/Trash/Sewer paid by landlord Tenant pays gas, electricity, internet. Tenant will have two parking places assigned (not including garage). Additional cars will have to do street parking. Not 420 friendly and no loud parties as we pride ourselves on creating a nice living situation for all.
