Great internet is provided and all utilities are included. Street parking is available. Some outdoor sitting space is also available in the back garden area. Very peaceful and appealing. This rental is only for a single person. Lease term can be discussed however 3 mos is the minimum and 6 mos the max to begin. Very charming and lovely apartment in a quiet and convenient neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and beaches, library, and park. No smoking, no load music or noise as this is an attached unit to main house and a quiet neighborhood, and no overnight guests unless permission is given. Tenant must keep the unit clean and free of clutter outside. There is a side area that a bicycle can be kept however it is not inclosed or covered but is behind a gate. We have two dogs and four cats on the property so it is important to keep the gate closed. The pets do not come into the apartment. No laundry facilities on the premise however there is a laundromat very close by and the previous tenant purchased a small washing machine that can be hooked up in the bathroom which is still in the unit. A pet can be considered depending on size and situation.
