This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is close to UC and downtown Clifton in the gaslight district, public transport, the city center, parks, nightlife. This apartment would be good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Full kitchen with common dishes that are needed for daily use. We do have a set of sheets on the bed, towels, blankets all in the unit already. You will need to supply any personal care items yourself. Our company is a real estate rental company with a small but fast growing inventory of furnished units designed for guests who wish to stay short term 1 to 18 months. If this unit is not available we may have another unit available so, please reach out with your requests or needs. Unit has separate hot water heater, furnace, and central air unit so gas and electric are separate. Pets are accepted but with limitations and an extra deposit. This is a short term apartment with a minimum of 30 days but we have guests who have been with us for 3 or 4 years.
