The shared areas contain 3 full sized refrigerators (4 if really needed), 2 kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas, shared laundry room (with newer washer and dryer), and 2 living rooms. The home has a brand new furnace and AC unit installed in the summer of 2022. Internet comes with rent and speeds are a blazing fast 2Gbps upload and 2Gbps download speed! Washer and dryer are NOT coin operated. The SUU building directly across the street is the P.E. building, which has a gym, indoor track, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, Olympic sized pool, etc.! There is a lounge area on the side of the house and a burn pit in the backyard. (Can be used any time of the year). There is also a garden in the back that can be used as well. The lease can be summer semester only, summer 2026/fall 2026/spring 2027, or fall 2026/fall 2027. If your student is 17 at the time of signing that is perfectly ok! Many big companies don't allow that. Parental signature is required, of course. Utilities: Gas and electricity will be divided among the amount of tenants in the house. If there are 8 tenants, each one will pay 1/8 of those. Other utilities such as WIFI, water, sewer, trash cans, etc., will all be covered by the rent amount.
