He mostly stays in his room so you would have most of the apartment to yourself most of the time. The room has large windows, carpet in the room and vinyl plank in the bathroom, bathroom is ensuite but there is never guests over you do not have to share it with anyone! There is a well sized walk in closet in the room with shelving. Bathroom has tons of storage space, cabinets, and shelves. I can sell you my furniture set if you are interested. There are 2 night stands, a bed frame, and a dresser, all matching, black wood and dark metal handles. Just minutes from I-70 and downtown Frederick, this is in a great spot. ~10 minute drive or less to Frederick. There is a club house, pool, gym, business center, and permit parking (we will set you up with a sticker for parking). If you have an EV, there is EV chargers on site. Cats and dogs are permitted however the apartment does charge for pets. It is a one-time pet fee of $400 for the first pet and $200 for an additional pet. Then they charge $40/month per pet. Please inquire for a list of non-permitted breeds. Water, valet trash, and sewage are included in rent. You will need to split electric and internet with the other tenant. (~$70 total a month).
