While use of the resort’s facilities such as their pools, beaches, tennis courts and exercise equipment is not included they do offer membership to condo owner. All are available to their villages condo owners, usually with a 10 to 20% discount on golf, dinning and purchases at the resort’s shops. At no charge, the resort also offers shuttle service to and from the resort, the Turtle Creek Casino just 2 miles down the road and to other local shopping areas and events. Since the condo is located on the second and third floors of the 3 story building and in between two other 3 bedroom units, utility bills are relatively low and you’ll find it very quiet and peaceful year round. Financial statements on rental income and expenses will be available. The operation does yield a nice profit annually and while the association doe have 4 or 5 owners who live in their condos permanently, many other owners offer their units for rent to offset expenses and have a special place up north for their own use.
