SUMMER RENTAL 1Jun-30Sept . TOTALY FURNISHED Past summer renters have said it feels like home and so comfortable. Well 8 months a year it is our HOME. High ceilings in family room, great kitchen granite counter tops ss appliances, Induction stove top. Wet bar in dining room. Large master suite with ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and handheld shower. 2 other baths for the rest of the home. Backyard with pool, umbrellas, propane grill, eating area and a large wet bar. Kitchen has all small appliances, dishes pots and pans, glassware, and flatware. Bedding and towels are also provided. Large dogs OK up to 50lbs. We have a goldendoodle. Bikes in Garage, Pool is heated and private. (swim suits optional) haha. This is our personal home but we summer in Denver. And fall winter and spring in Scottsdale . Half a duplex so respect our neighbor. Dog fee of $100 there is also an insurance policy in lieu of the deposit. Pet fee 100.00 Cleaning fee $200 We also have a wonderful woman who can clean every other week for $150- $200 depending.
