In the 18 years we have never had an issue with water supply for our home, animals, garden and in the past a swimming pool. Prior to buying the property, the owner brought in a “Water Witcher”. The well was drilled in 1997 and is 220 ft. deep. Water was hit at 90ft. The pump is set at 180ft. Drillers did a 1 hour test and calculated 50gpm. Currently the well pump is running at 18gpm. The holding tank is polymer and holds 5000gals. We will pay for the well test! The water is sulpher free but hard. All well information can be verified by drilling documents which will be attached as photos soon. 2.5% of selling price to any realtor!
