    Northwest Colorado Business Park (NWCOBP) is the newest address for construction, light advanced manufacturing, distribution, logistics and warehousing, clean tech energy companies and start-ups interested in shovel ready, cost competitive, industrial and commercial sites. A new connection road will allow tenants at the Business Park to access U.S. Highway 40, approximately a mile north of the site. In addition to the new roads, NWCOBP lots are served by municipal water and sewer and three-phase electrical lines. A geothermal field has been developed for heating/cooling. Vertical construction and job creation are key to achieving economic goals of the project and the Town of Hayden will offer favorable terms for buyers bringing quality job creation, near term development plans, and high assessed value projects. Additionally, federal, state and local incentives are available to qualifying companies.
