As is usually the case with our flips, this house will be like brand new when we’re all done. We’re opening up the kitchen to the living room and relocating the basement stairs in the process. The electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water heater, etc. will all be replaced in addition to installing a new septic, well, roof, and windows. And of course the kitchen, baths, doors, trim, paint, appliances, and everything else on the interior will be shiny and new as well. A new outdoor patio with a fire feature of some sort is also on the wish list. The land…UNBELIEVABLE! 17 plus beautifully wooded acres with deep, gorgeous ravines and bounding with deer, turkey and other wildlife. There are some downed trees from the storms this past summer, but otherwise this woods looks like a park. There is no honeysuckle taking over the woods like a lot of our area, and the trees are big and mature. You just have to see it!!!
