Our spacious 2 bedroom + 1.5 bathroom apartment, which includes a beautiful sunroom/office and a shared porch with our neighbors, is conveniently located between the Bryn Mawr and Thorndale red line stops, two blocks away from the 151 and 147 bus routes, three grocery stores (Jewel Osco, Mariano's, and Whole Foods), Osterman beach, with easy access to the lake front trail for running, grilling, and swimming. There's also an eclectic variety of restaurants here and in Andersonville, which is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive from our apartment. It's the perfect space for a couple or for two roommates. The layout of the apartment provides tons of privacy, with the rooms versatile enough to serve any purpose. For example, our dining room is currently used for dining, but its massive size could easily be used as a second living space for two roommates living separate lives who want their own areas to lounge, host friends, etc. The unit even has two entrances. We keep our apartment clean, well-maintained, and Ardmore Winthrop provides on-call maintenance for the rare issues you may face. Free street parking is available but can be scarce. You can also rent a covered garage spot (highly recommend) directly from Ardmore Winthrop if you choose to. Rent includes heat and water, plus utilities (gas runs us around $45 total every other month, and electric around $30 total every month,. Tenants may have one pet total in the unit. Cats and small dogs (under 30lbs) permitted. Apartment is available on April 1. The current lease ends May 31. You will sign a sublease agreement (no fee) directly with Ardmore Winthrop, and there will be option to renew with them directly once lease expires.
