Newly remodeled, freshly painted from high ceilings to bamboo wood floors, and tastefully furnished in coastal fashion (with a touch of New York flair), this loft guesthouse has a unique and calming charm with many amenities and features for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The guesthouse is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans for your comfort, and large windows & sliding doors to let in the balmy Florida air. The owners live on the property in the main house and have a separate building, entrance, driveway, and front garden. The apartment has a private terrace for the tenant's use only. In addition to this private space, there are shared areas and amenities accessible at all times. There is free on-site parking space for 1 car. The entrance to the apartment is on the north side of the property and the surrounding garden is a common space offered to tenant's enjoyment. Sandpiper's Nest is located in the desired Arts District in Gulfport. It is an easy 5-8 minutes walk from the town's main street and 6 blocks from Gulfport's Casino and beach. There is a lovely park just 2 blocks from the house with a lake and water fountain in the center that is often lighted at night. From the property there is easy access to everything wonderful this area has to offer: beach, award winning restaurants, side walk cafes, shops, fishing pier, famous beachfront dance Casino, lighted tennis court, doggy parks, several town parks, active senior center with state of the art fitness center, marina, playgrounds, weekly fresh market, and many art happenings and fairs.
