This cozy, fully furnished studio is move-in ready but if you prefer to bring your own furniture, we're happy to store some or all of ours to suit your needs. You'll have access to a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced backyard that feels like your own private oasis. Enjoy a pool, BBQ grill, outdoor full kitchen, hammock, sun loungers, picnic and sitting areas, all surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant nature. It's a perfect place to relax, entertain, or even work outdoors. We live in the main house attached to the studio, separated by a double wall for added privacy. You'll be sharing the backyard with us and our friendly 9-pound Yorkie, Lola, who has her own little doggy door (she loves to greet new friends!). Studio features include: In-unit washer & dryer, Compact fridge, Microwave, 55 inch TV, High-speed internet. Our garden is one of our favorite parts of the space we've planted a variety of fruit trees and bushes including passion fruit, banana, cherry, fig, lemon, lime, tangerine, orange, strawberry, blueberry, grapes, avocado, and pomegranate. We also have a small vertical garden with lettuce and herbs, and you're welcome to use a section for your own plants if you'd like to garden! Interested? We'd love to show you around!
