    Got stone walls? You sure will now and they seem to go on forever. How cool would it be to have 60 acres of land just full of them. The stories they could tell. Having thoughts of getting your own piece of the country or perhaps building a bunch of homes well off the main drag? I think you'll be impressed when you walk these 60 acres that are already split by the town road. The east side clearly was the old homestead and several old foundations still exist. This side is a much younger forest, brushy and wild with lots of locust, cherry and hard maple mixed with many meadow like areas. This side is wrapped and criss crossed with heavy stone walls and I saw at least one dug well. The land rises up gently from the town road and the further back you go the prettier it gets. On the very back edge there is an old woods road running thru on the neighbors lot. There is a wet land area out by the town road on this side otherwise all dry and usable land. (All real estate professionals and members of the public are required to wear a mask when visiting this property.)
