We reserve the right to adjust this list based on owners' insurance requirements. 7. We will need to see receipts of your last 3 rental payments & that they were paid in full & on time. (We have properties where we can accept first-time renters and applicants who do not have recent rental/mortgage receipts, but we also have properties where it is required to provide them to get approved. If you don't have recent rental/mortgage receipts, please request a list of the properties you can apply for) 8. We are requiring 3 pay stubs from your current job. 9. Tenants must show proof that utilities have been transferred into their name prior to receiving keys to the property.
