The basement is finished and has an unfinished storage area. Our home is within the 100 year food plain but that is unlikely be a problem because Alum Creek Dam controls The water level. Our builder also installed a rubber wall that surrounds our entire foundation. The lot is fenced with LEE cedar fencing. The backyard is huge and fully fenced! The yard is lined with beautiful trees. We have a lovely entry with a living room and dining room in either side. The kitchen is large and open to the eating area and family room, which is great for families and holidays. The Master Bedroom is large and has a sitting area, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with soaking tub.
