This house has a newly added rear cement patio deck and patio deck cover. I added custom blinds (1 inch slats) in off white to all windows and not one wall has ever been pierced with any nails or hooks. Additionally I have added cabinet knobs to each kitchen cabinet door and drawer along with the doors and drawers in the two bathrooms. Unfortunately I have not done anything with the landscaping in the rear yard.
