The Schoolhouse is located 10 minutes from Vortex, 20 minutes from Epic and 35 Minutes from UW Hospitals. This is a unique home that comes with everything you need to move right in. Outside you will find a fire pit with chairs allowing you to come home from work and genuinely unwind from a long day. The schoolhouse sits on a half acre and provides great privacy and comfort. We provide lawn care in the summer. Renter will be responsible for snow removal and we can recommend someone for that. Includes heat, air, water and electric. There are renters currently in the schoolhouse so please know it won't be available until April 1st. Owner pays for water, electricity, propane and summer lawn care. Renter is responsible for snow removal and any internet/cable/phone services. References will be required.
